The Inn at St. Johns, Plymouth, MI
Millions of women in the U.S. live with pelvic floor issues such as incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse. Many of them suffer in silence, assuming their problem is a natural part of life or something that can’t be resolved without invasive surgery. We want to shine a light on these common conditions and help women get familiar with treatment options – some of which can be as simple as exercise and wellness.
6:00 pm – Registration and happy hour
Come early to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and complimentary soda, coffee and water. A cash bar will also be available during happy hour.
6:30 pm – Free pelvic floor yoga demonstration
7:00 pm – Pelvic health forum
Laugh, learn and listen as our panel of pelvic health specialists talks candidly about preventing and treating pelvic floor issues like overactive bladder, incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
